Suggested Usage
Chew 2 tablets per day or as directed by your health-care practitioner.
PharmaGABA® is naturally sourced, bioidentical gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA). It is made by a process in which the amino acid of glutamic acid (glutamate) is fermented using Lactobacillus hilgardii, the beneficial bacteria that is also used to ferment many foods including the vegetables in kimchi, the famous Korean dish. PharmaGABA® provides 200 mg of GABA per serving (2 tablets). The chewable tablet delivery allows for rapid and efficient absorption and assimilation. GABA is a naturally occurring amino acid in the brain, and it is a major inhibitory neurotransmitter in the central nervous system. GABA serves as a critical calming agent for the body, helping to combat occasional stress and anxiety.*
